A new bank experience

NEXT

Millennials want a bank that understands them and can anticipate actions to help them make better decisions. But banks don’t behave the way they expect a financial partner to do. It’s frustrating. Next was born to bridge the gap between financial experience and millennials expectations. A new bank that behaves, engages and uses data to help them manage their money and reach their financial goals. 

Next is an end to end project, from the creation of the service to its marketing campaign, all developed and designed by the R/GA São Paulo team, where I could contribute building up the bank’s personality and purpose from its first steps, crafting tone and voice of the app and the brand, setting up the creative vision, positioning and go to market. A new bank created and developed from the scratch.

Case Study

 

A bank that doesn’t feel like a bank. Perfect scenario to bring in an unexpected character to the financial sector: Mr. Chow, from the Hangover films. To create a “mutha fuckaaa” buzz around the app, in an integrated and product demonstration campaign, positioning Next as the bank to Make Things Happen.
